Shipping policy

 

All orders are sent with Royal Mail via 1st class delivery (untracked) on all orders which aims to deliver in 1-2 working days. We can not be held responsible for delays with Royal Mail, but if your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days please contact us. 

For a reliable tracked service, please select 'Special Delivery, guaranteed before 1pm' at checkout. Please note processing time for us to design and make your order still applies. 

International Delivery is available at an extra cost, Tracked international delivery is also available Items sent internationally take 5-14 days, although please allow extra time in case of postal system/custom delays.
